Privacy notice

Last updated 20 October 2026. This notice explains what Sur & Sauda (run by Ayush Panda, [email protected]) does with the information you share through this site.

What we collect

• What you type into a form: your name, email, Instagram handle and the details you choose to share about your music.
• Basic, cookie-free visit statistics (pages viewed, country, device type) through Cloudflare Web Analytics.
• A one-way hashed version of your IP address, kept only to stop spam.

Why we use it

• To do what you asked: run your audit, arrange your call, or send the money map.
• To send the occasional email, only if you ticked the box or signed up for it. Every email has an unsubscribe link.
• To understand, in aggregate, what independent artists need. Individual answers are never published.

What we never do

• Sell or rent your data.
• Post anything about you, your earnings or your contracts without your written approval of the final post.

Where it's stored

On Cloudflare's infrastructure. Emails are sent through Resend. Both act as processors for us.

How long we keep it

Until you ask us to delete it, or 24 months after our last contact, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information at any time, or withdraw consent, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days. This notice is written with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 in mind.
